It worked for about a week and a half then was getting an error code regarding a wheel. I cleared the wheel which did not have any debris in it then restarted to get the same error code. Not too sure why it would get debris caught in the wheel so easily but for a vacuum if that happens after a couple uses then I am not sure you would want to use a vacuum like this one.

It was good while it lasted. I can’t believe that I spent over $400 for this and it did not even make it to 2 years. All of the sudden it just doesn’t work. What’s worse is that there is no information on this model anywhere on the Shark website

Great purchase, works sweet! However, can't get the app to work. I purchased the product in the US, but as a gift and brought it overseas to the middle east. Every time i try to add the robot to the wifi, it goes error. Might have to do with the location, but manually works neatly.

Very expensive gadget for a short lifespan. It stopped mopping (liquid feeding mechanism) in 5 months. It was pretty good at moping when it was working. Not very intelligent route algorithms and would stuck time after time (chair, stairs, carpet) but not very annoying.

I have a German shepherd and he sheds like crazy and this robot has been the best at keeping his fur at bay!

I run this overnight and it is such a joy coming downstairs and seeing perfect carpet lines! It picks up all the dog hair on both the hard floor and carpet and gets every section! I have been recommending thsi to everyone!

Love it. Actually does a good job vacuuming and when mopping doesn't leave a sticky feelbto the floor. My only con is that you have to swap out the bin when not mopping but even with that i will still take this anyday.

I absolutely love my SHARK vacuum. I love that It maps out the house and I can set it to vacuum different areas. I am able to set a schedule and also omit areas that I do not want mopped.

Very happy with it. I have the floor plan set for downstairs, I'm able to take into other rooms not specified on floor plan. I waited till it was on sale and got it for a great deal

The app isn't very user friendly. The device is much more quiet than the competitor brand I bought first (and took back). Floors are clean!

This is the second vacuum we have purchased. First with the mopped fearure. Having two big dogs it really helps keeping the floors clean.

With 2 very shedding dogs in the house and an extremely busy schedule it’s great to come home every day to vacuumed floors. It does a great job and has relieved me have having to vacuum

Good vacuum and mop. It needs a bigger water storage tank. It should still run when the water runs out. It doesn't.

Absolute trash. It worked for a few weeks then it stopped and now it’s not longer in the return window. I will set it to vacuum a room and it will end up in rooms that I didn’t set it to. Also when I set it to vaccum and area it doesn’t do the whole area, after a few minutes it will say returning to doc, and when it shows the map of what it cleaned, it says it cleaned the whole area even though it didn’t even enter some areas that I set it to. It will randomly not be able to find the doc. Other times, when it’s done cleaning it will say returning to doc but it ends up roaming the house in areas I never even set it to, and since it says returning to doc on the app, I can’t make it return to doc. I have to pick it up and take it to the doc. It also says it hold two months of debree in the base but after two weeks it wouldn’t vacuum anymore until I emptied it and when I did, it wasn’t even full. It is supposed to be able to detect things in its way, but it constantly get stuck trying to get over the base of a lamp instead of just going around, or getting caught by the legs of the chairs. Instead of just giving up and going around it will stay like that, running into whatever it is until I go and physically move it. Because of alll these problems I can’t even set it to clean when I’m not home. I expected a lot more especially for the price. I feel like it really messes with you too because it works for a few weeks and by time it starts having issues it’s too late to return. I saw a lot of people say this but decided to take a chance anyway and I wish I wouldn’t have.
