Does a great job with Vacuum and Mop of floor Works like a charm.

I bought this with the hope that it could outperform my Roomba and BraveJet, but that is not the case. The idea of having an all in one was appealing, but there are several shortcoming with this. First of all, there's no way to use the base to remove the dirt from the bin when using the mop attachment. The vacuum does not like pet hair at all when using the mop attachment. Somehow the brushes get wet and that mucks up the port for the dirt and pet hair to go into the bin. Rather than tell me that there is an issue, it continues on until finished, and when I go to empty the bin, there is hardly anything in there. When I look inside the unit, there is a blockage of fur. The vacuum attachment works well though. Like the Rumba, it goes back to the base and get the dirt sucked out and then continues. Another annoying area is that it does not recognize carpet with the mop attachment installed. Instead, you have to indicate on the map where it should not mop, which means that the carpet will not get vacuumed until you attach the vacuum attachment. I am going to see if I can return it and get the Rumba all in one. At least that one recognizes a carpet and will raise the mop attachment, something that Shark totally missed.

This is very good product on hard wood floors and vinyl floorings, does decent job on carpets. Overall good product

Working great so far. We have different types of flooring, hard surfaces, carpet, etc and it is working well. I think it is still mapping the floors. Very happy with the purchase.

My first time purchasing a robot vacuum cleaner. It is so awesome. It doesn’t bump into the furniture or walls. You can map the areas that you want vacuum which is a great feature. I would highly recommend this robot vacuum cleaner. It also works with Alexa. The mopping feature you still may have go behind it which a wet mop because it doesn’t do the best job.

This is more frustrating than not. The mopping feature is a joke. And vacuuming not much better. It tries to clean a little here, little there. Will revisit rooms multiple times and clean a small spot before leaving the room. Sometimes just spins again and again in the same spot instead of cleaning in rows. Dont buy this.

Amazing product. I thoroughly enjoy the product. it is doing an amazing job and only a small concern - map correction is complicated - which can be simplified.

Setting up was pretty simple . Mapping is getting used to.

Our house stays clean everyday !. Couldnt wanted anything better to help us out around the house with chores.

Love this product I set it on a schedule and it does a good job of keeping my floor clean only reason it not a 5 star is because the dog hair from my dogs seems to create an issue with it dumping it into the dust bin.

Honestly a nice vacuum but the app needs updating. It does seem to get "lost" occasionally. I send the vacuum to vacuum the kitchen and it randomly heads to the bathroom first. Probably needs to be remapped but could also be an app issue.

I love this Shark vacuum/mop! It does a great job getting up and down 1” floor height differences, which was my biggest worry. The mop works as well as my swiffer - and I’m not putting in the sweat to do it! The vacuum works amazing for pet hair! I have no complaints whatsoever. I’m surprisingly pleased with this purchase!

Works very well and less noisy good timer collect everything on the floor and carpet.

The vacuum is great the mopping,I continue to get error on . Over all it’s okay and still helps clean
