Did not live up to my expectations

When it goes to empty, it always has an error message and it won’t empty the bag or compartment for the vacuuming. It does not pick up like my Roomba it just seems like the suction is not quite there and I really have to guide it to make it do its job even after I mapped it.

Worst product I have ever purchased

Here's a sample negative review comment for a Shark robot vacuum: **"Really disappointed with this vacuum. It constantly gets stuck on rugs and struggles to find its way back to the dock. The mapping feature is inconsistent, and half the time it leaves areas untouched. For the price, I expected a lot more reliability. DON’T BUY IT, Would not recommend."** Support was not able to help, sent me other robot with different issues. I lost $450 dollars

Has saved me a lot of time in the first 2 weeks already. Highly recommend. To add I have 4 dogs and 2 cats all of which live inside with me. I haven’t seen a dust or fur ball in two weeks as well. Which was my main concern.

Broke after less than 10 uses

Not Good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If it runs out of water it will completely stop and won't continue vacuuming at least, until you refill the water. Didn't fit under the couches. It had setup the map and still failed to recognize a footstep , instead it "detected a cliff" and completely stopped until I got to it and pressed the clean button.

Inpurchased a different make that was suppose to be a very good one but it stopped working right aboutv2 to 2 1/2 weeks after I bought it. I still haven't tried the mop part but very happy with the vacuum so far

May have gotten a dud...

Seemed to be working well at first, but after about 3 months it kept erroring out for a roller jam. Cleaned it and did the steps the manual suggested, but could not get it to go again. Took it back to get a refund, bought a Narwal. Only had the Narwal a week, so we will see.
