    Great option for those who have mobility issues, but doesn’t clean up 100% of everything, has malfunction issues and goes offline randomly. The reservoir also has issues sensing when it’s full.

    This item stopped working after a week and had to be returned. A replacement was shipped but the robot was missing from the package only the docking station was in the box. Still no resolve after multiple attempts.

    **Product Review: Disappointing Purchase** I regret purchasing this item. Initially, it worked fine, but then it suddenly stopped functioning properly. I kept receiving an "Error 6," which indicates an obstruction to the front bumper, but there was nothing there. I tried troubleshooting by removing the bumper and manually cleaning it, but during this process, two of the nails broke off inside the device. Despite cleaning thoroughly, even though I was cleaning air, because again, nothing was there, the error persisted. Now, I’m stuck trying to schedule a repair through Best Buy, but the inconvenience doesn't stop there. I don’t have a car, which is why I ordered this online in the first place, and now I’ll have to pay for transport just to get it checked. To make matters worse, the product manufacturer hasn’t responded to my email. This purchase has been a frustrating waste of a large amount of money and time, and I’m disappointed in the lack of support from both the manufacturer and retailer.
