Don’t waste your money

They charge you for any replacement parts. I had not even had this 6 months before it stopped working the first time. Paid for and received the replacement and 2 months later that one stopped working.

Great! Until its Not!

Several pieces just flung out. A spring from the grey button just flung itself across the room. So disapoointed.

Very bad quality

Junk Vacuum, Even worse return policy

We purchased this vacuum and it worked great...... for 15 days. on the morning of day 16, it broke. Best Buy will not make an exception and now i have to schedule an in store appointment for them to attempt to fix it. It is unreturnable....
