    Awesome addition to household. I have a husky and golden doodle and 2 cats and this mop/vac helps me out tremendously. Forever grateful. Do yourself a favor and buy this on SHARK OFFICIAL WEBSITE instead of best buy though. It is $200 cheaper. And bestbuy will not price match with them.

    Its annoying to have to switch back and forth the vacuum doesn’t differentiate between carpeted and uncarpeted mop mode dries fast

    I love this mop vac. And it cleans so well I’m impressed how it mapped out my home. I had to return the first one purchased it wasn’t releasing cleaning solution. Second one works like. Charm best investment always have clean floors.

    The unit instructions SUCK. Setup of vacuum areas is relatively easy but setting up the mopping area is confusing as heck. I followed instructions to the letter and it still violated the carpet restrictions every time. Also, I have a lot of hardwood floors that I don’t want to use there cleaner on and it will not cross a no go zone to to mop the go zone. My biggest concern is that the mopping program will not restrict itself to its own programing.

    I wish this had a 0 star option. This is by far the worst robot vacuum available. Even at the reduced price it's still too much for this junk. The company told me when I was having issues with mine that there is a software issue with the 2-1 on many of the units that they are unable to fix. I was sent a replacement of a regular Matrix and it does ok but both Shark products are well below in functionality that my cheap refurbished 2-1 Eufy. PSA: Shark robot vacuums are garbage
