This Microsoft Surface Pro 9 has been the perfect solution for my needs of a laptop. The size is perfect and easy to travel with. I've had it a year now and still excited about using it! I love shopping at Best Buy!!!!

Its a surface pro, if you are reading this then you already know.

This is my 2nd Microsoft Surface Pro. My 1st was the 3 and I had it from 2016 until 2023 with NO PROBLEMS ever! So it was a no-brainer to get the 9. Only complaint is that it doesn't have USB connections. Have to get an adapter to attach my camera stuff. That's frustrating. Otherwise I love this computer.

I returned this product because I decided if I was already spending so much, I might as well have the upgraded 16GB i7 version. That said, now having had both, the 8GB would be fine for most tasks (it really wasn't as bad as the internet made it seem) especially if you are just using it for school or something similar. I recommend getting it on sale, but other than that, It is a good product.

One of the best pc/tablet i ever have its easy to carry, excellent images, very light. I recommend 100%

This is my very first laptop . I have used it for everything for From school work and gaming and now I have to give it to my younger siblings and they are grateful for it as well. It’s my very favorite and memorable laptop.

Super fast. Crisp, clean, lots of small touches that I love like the ability to have voice text entry through the online keyboard... What I don't love is just some certain Microsoft surface specific things. I have no interest in being web browser, and some of the Microsoft specific apps on the desktop. Kind of feel like I could have just bought a laptop for a half the price with less bloat and junk, but overall it's an excellent computer so I'm keeping it for now.

Love how it is sleek, lightweight and at the same time has good performance for a tablet form factor

The only reason I didn’t give this five stars is because it doesn’t sit well on the lap. Which is kind of expected anyway, because it’s not a LAPtop. Other than that, it’s a really cool computer, works fantastically. I had one instance of it just shutting down, but it came right back up and was fine after that. If the problem persists, I’ll get it checked out. The battery life is pretty good, but not “all day”.

I highly recommend this product. It has worked an extremely impressive wonders for school, work, and even fun art projects i have done as a hobby. I have had absolutely no problems with it, and honestly it exceeded my expectations. This computer is perfect for whatever needs you may require.

I love my surface pro 9. I love the fact that it has the power of a cpu, the portability of a laptop but smaller and the flexibility to become a tablet when needed. Very sleek and beautiful.
