Gorgeous washing machine! I excellent timing and huge capacity!

Very pleased with the craftsmanship and operation of Samsung 5.5 cu. ft. extra-large capacity top load washer with super speed wash.

Very quiet, high quality product. Easy to use settings with plenty of options.

Works great. Nice machine. Didn’t think it would be good without the agitator in it but it cleans very well.

As of Today, it working perfectly lots of room for XL items such as king-size bedding.

This washer is great if you have a family that goes through a lot of clothes. The loads come out clean, they're plenty of washing options. Pretty happy with the washer.

First: Once installed correctly the unit is top shelf. This review is about the installation team and lack thereof. The installation was done and they the team left. They did 1/2 a test on the installation they started it and left it to shoot water all over my floor during the drain cycle. I am great full my wife was down stairs to minimize the damage. I ran down from up stairs unplugged and turned off the water. Peeve #1. I called best buy and indicated my concern with water all over my house and the damage it could cause. They did not care. A call 2nd team was sent out to resolve the issue, as it turned out they were just spin doctors. They came in we spoke then they called another man on the phone who proceeded to tell me it was my problem and most likely a slow/plugged pipe. Peeve #2. They did do anything but stand and spin the issue. Had they have done a re-install they would have discovered that the unit has specific instructions on how the pipe is pushed in the drain. The exit water pipe was pushed too deep into the drain. It hit the pipe joint causing back pressure forcing the water back out on the floor. Peeve #3. The unit was not calibrated. Peeve #4. The unit was not leveled. Peeve #5. They were not familiar with the unit installation steps. Peeve #6. I was told that I would get a gift card for my issues, asked he call back in 3 weeks and we are now almost 5 weeks. I am an elite member and purchase a lot of stuff at Best Buy and hope someone up on the exec team is aware of this issue.

Great washing machine cleans well and looks great. Couldn’t recommend more.

We have only had this washer for about a month. So far we are really like it, easy to use. It has a great variety of settings.

I love everything about this washer, the speed wash cycle is so fast when you need it. The laundry faucet built in to the washer is also super convenient. It washes my clothes way better and faster than my old front load. Only draw back, the wash basin is so HUGE that if you are short, you might need a step stop to reach the bottom of the wash tub. I'm 5'8" and I have no issues, my husband 5'4", can hardly reach it, he has to go on tip toes!

Excellent washer. Love the high capacity and features. It has a distinct chime when the cycle is complete is really nice so I can get them in the dryer right away.

Love this washer! My clothes feel so much cleaner and fluffier than the front loader. Never go back!

Love this washing machine. use it for a comforter or a delicate blouse and it does the job right. I love the different settings/options and my clothes always come out clean.

This was a replacement of a previous model. Very pleased with the previous model so it only made sense to purchase the updated version.

Great washing machine. Love it has the option of water level control for washing. It is quite and can wash comforters and large items. Happy with my purchase.
