Really love the look but man my work clothes paid the price.... There are burs in the bottom of the drum where clothes gets snagged....

These machines are notorious for poor performance and excessive mold build up that cannot be cleaned. They will leave your laundry covered in mold particles and smelling bad. No matter how many self clean cycles or cleaning agents you use, this issue will not go away. Since then there has been many shirts and towels that end up with holes in them after being washed. The dryer also does not dry our clothes all the way unless we set it on extra dry for each load.
