    Great machine, clothes come great, and it uses lot less water than my old one, the app works good, it tells us when the cycle is done and we can restart it if needed... Very happy.

    it's a great washer. need to get custom modes downloaded, or you'll be making manual changes all the time

    the screen kept saying softner and detergent were low even on the first use, after that on every load it would say the same thing other than that it washed good

    The steam fresh cycle is so convenient! I also use the AI cycle on the dryer, but for some clothes that need a quick refresh, steam is perfect.

    This washer does not fit the washing pedestal. It makes a really cute sound when it starts up and shuts off instead of loud buzzing.

    Don't buy appliances from best buy go to NFM or Home Depot. Leak 20 min after install. No help from best buy. Told to call back in 24 to 48hes after system updates. Bad experience bad customer service no solution or help offered. Had to get a plumber to repair install. I could not move the washer by self. No leaks from washer or pipes. Just connections not tight and no Teflon tape.
