You are washing your things without detergent and it has very heavy smell I do not know why. I am so disappointed.

Not sure I could recommend this product

When we ordered it, we asked also for removal of the old washer and were told that is no problem. On the delivery day, 10 minutes for the new machine to arrive, we received a call that they cannot take the old washer away because they would not have enough room on the truck. Seems a bit strange, they deliver one, they should have free room to take another one away. They will have to schedule a different day for taking the old machine away which we did. Well, that day passed an nobody showed up. We had to call, were told that we did not pay for taking the machine away which they found out is not correct as it shows on the confirmation number. Scheduled another day, but somebody would have to be home for signing. The new machine is great so far, the whole handling we are not exactly thrilled about.

Let's take a look at ALL the things that are wrong with it, and I have only had it around 6 months. 1 - It gives a drainage error EVERY SINGLE TIME I wash anything. We have always taken very good care of the machine, including cleaning out any filters, etc. We have done everything to rectify this problem of having constant drainage errors. We now have to keep a vacuum next to the washing machine to "clear" the "clog" for a load to even finish. 2 - The screen on the front knob is unreadaable about half the time. (see photo) We have to unplug it to reset the screen. It will stay fixed for a couple of days and then become unreadable again. 3 - The machine WILL NOT DRY in AI mode no matter what we do. The clothes come out warm and soaking wet. The machine will dry on every other cycle, except for any of the AI stuff. So, please save yourself some annoyance and buy absolutely anything on planet Earth except this machine. We have someone "coming out to look at it". However, I don't see how they are going to be able to fix this lemon.

Then one one option is AI! Washer figures it for you. Have not been able to get washer paired to LG app. Keeps rejecting. Should not be that difficult. Took off 1 star. Washer 5 star,LG leaves lot to be desired but dont need it.

The capacity and features allowed me to wash and dry larger loads and not worry about forgetting it in either machine with the FreshCare option.

My Samsung washer that I replaced with this was doing a “normal load” in 47 minutes. This LG washer does the same load on “normal” mode in 29 minutes. Saves you time and money on your water bill! Also the washer can hold a decent amount of detergent and it auto dispenses it for every wash, when you get low on detergent or softener it lets you know and beeps at you. Overall I rate this washer an absolute 10/10
