    Has been a solid unit for over a year. There have been several times when bulky items did not spin out so had to rebalance/remove/redistribute sopping wet items, thus am unable to give 5 stars.

    this is by far the best washer i have ever owned..the delivery guys with best buy made buying a washer even easier with theyre professionalism..the were very knowledgeable with the washer and its features,,id reccomend to anyone to buy a front load washer from best buy

    Awesome washer, does everything great! The only knock would be if it's on the second floor you can definitely hear/feel it vibrate the floor because it's pretty powerful. It's not loud though. Would highly recommend!

    I am glad I choose this LG model. My boys are satisfied to wash their own laundry! User friendly. I like the cute melody alarm sounds when the machine's done with the laundry! Dry the cloth very well, so I don't have to use my dryer too long as before I got this specific type of this LG washer.

    Quite, does very good job in washing all types of clothing/material. Last washer lasted us 22 yr, it was Whirlpool brand. Hoping this brand will last the same

    Overall a product that I am happy with. The cycle does not take long and it is not a noisy unit. Quit enough that we can run it on second floor and it is not noticeable in bedroom. Need to keep door open after wash to avoid mold forming

    The first washer malfunctioned, so it had to be replaced. We had no issues with the replacement washer. We love it, the look, it's functionality, n how easy it is to work, especially me, that I'm not so good with technology! Everyone was so nice and helpful throughout the process. Thank you!
