Originally bought a different set but delivery was delayed over a month. Was able to go in and select this set and it works perfectly.

I've only used it a few times since its new, but so far I have no complaints. It has a lot of options to customize your wash. Also, it washes really well. My old washer was a top load, but fairly new, and it did not wash clothes as thoroughly.

And ever since i been getting UE code is so annoying having to stop the washer move the clothes and still get the code ,i never had an issue with my other front load washer samsung.

My top load washer rusted out and needed to be replaced. After purchasing and using it, I really liked it the very first day. It was so much quieter and it washes mich quicker than my top load. And because it is a front load, no sitting water. It seems to more water efficient as the spin cycle is like that of a dryer, therefore no need for gallons of sitting water. You do have to be a bit more mindful of cleaning the coin trap and making sure to leave door open for a bit after washing and wiping with a rag as to not allow any kind of mold build up. But i believe it is worth the buy.

My first one lasted 14 years, so I did not hesitate to replace it with an updated model. Purchase was easy, and the fact that I bought it on Thursday afternoon and was doing laundry early Saturday morning made it that much more convenient. Thanks, Best Buy. Good job
