Lenovo Laptop Purchaae

Our granddaughter loves it and it will be perfect for her upcoming college studies. Best Buy's service, as always, was excellent and comprehensive. Very satisfied.

Lenovo review
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They had told me at the sotre that it was perfect for rendering and as an architecture student, i was looking for that, but, it started to get hot and turning off by it self. Dont think it was a good purchase and I am willing to change it next week.

False Adverstising
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have bought three of these open box from Best Buy, all supposedly in Excellent condition, which according to Best Buy is "like new", all were badly scratched and permanently damaged, at best they all should have been marked "fair" condition. Fool me three times I will never shop here again, absolutely terrible customer service.
