You are a horrible company to buy from.

Geek Squad is telling me that I cannot return it to the store, so I am going to file a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General’s Office for fraud because this cost me $800.

New Laptop Failure(s)

Both were returned for replacement during professional setup/installation. One laptop continued to drop the wireless Internet signal and the other laptop froze up during transfer of files from owner’s old laptop. Replaced both with identical brand/model laptops. So far, so good.
