A: The computer comes with MacAfee and a 3 month trial for it. I would personally recommend using windows defender which is free and comes installed with the computer. So the laptop does have virus protection.

A: A good gaming laptop requires a dedicated GPU. This computer does not have a dedicated GPU. It will struggle to play most games. It is not a gaming laptop.

A: Have used my new Envy x360 for about a month now and have not noticed any "hot" issues whatsoever.
Q: Can the face recognition feature be disabled so that I only use a password to log in?
A: Yes, you can disable in settings. When you go to change your password to login, the option will be there. Or, if you temporarily want it off, slide the camera shut.
