Excellent touch screen and easy to use due to the different positions of the screen. I can use it like an iPad. Also, the external body of the device is excellent, made of strong material, and a luminous keyboard, in addition to the ability to cover the camera.

The very first time I turned the HP on I was amazing by the crisp colors of the screen. This is my first laptop since college and the picture quality is better than my 4K TV. The processor is snappy and works well with the stresses of administration work on the go. The camera is good for zoom meetings. The video quality of the webcam is smooth and clear. I didn’t realize how much I would use the touch screen feature until I had the laptop in my hands. Sometimes I don’t feel like sitting up and typing. I can fold the screen into iPad mode lay down and continue to work. The backlit keyboard is great for working at night. Overall, I am satisfied with my choice.

My daughter loves this laptop everything that she was looking for touch screen, and while a bit heavy, still very portable doesn't take up much room unless you need a completely flat space. It does heat up relatively quickly but still feels worth it by the quality of it. It has two charging slot, very useful to me as I have headphones that didn't come with a charging box (is a separate product btw).It does have small handy features such as the tiny sliding camera cover. Mechanical pencil for scale for anyone curious :)

The overall product is great and especially for the size of it but still having the ability to function as a handheld. I personally would recommend and the only reason it 4 stars is because the processor it came with. Although, I had 16gb of RAM, for some reason it was just not that great at keeping up with things my HP elite book with an Intel I5 excelled at. Im not an expert so correct me if that wouldn't be an issue with the processor and it's something else but I would have issues with having multiple windows open and trying to multitask and load times. I since have upgraded to a MacBook Pro M2 2022 and I am going to upgrade to a M4 or M3 because at a base 8GB but low storage at the 250 GB, the only issue I have had in a year of constant use and when I say content, Im on it everyday, The only issue is now after all this time it is going a little slower but still outperforming this by a million. At the price this computer is a great option though and Has many different capabilities even my Mac couldn't do.

Easy set up, reasonably fast on my wifi. I would certainly buy it again as the price was right. I’m a non gamer so it is more than enough computer. Battery life is good, screen is large enough for photo editing, easy enough a cave man could run it.

First off, the sound system is true surround sound and the touch screen response is phenomenal. I thought the hinge mechanism would be flimsy and I was worried... but after using it for a few months, the folding hinge is strong and there is no worry about repetitive opening and closing! In fact, it is great for taking a break from work and watching entertainment. Second, using Microsoft Paint or another art software with a stylus works nicely. It is not a 10/10 compared to a USB connected stylus pad but as an artist can still get excellent hatching and blending of layers (8/10). Third, one of the best improvements is hovering over the minimize button allows you to select exactly where you would like to place multiple windows. Split screen, three windows, all the way up to 4 windows! The only REAL downside to be CAUTIOUS of is being mindful of your thumb when adjusting the screen since it is a touch screen and you may close an open window. Worth every Venetian Penny.

I've had a number of laptops over the years but this is the best one yet. Love the speed, backlit keyboard and the screen doesn't to seem to get dirty from touching it. The resolution is amazing for watching videos.

The thing i like about my HP ENVY X360 RYZEN 7 LAPTOP is that apparently its the most recent and up to date HP in 2024. For its price its decent and holds alot of memory. When i first bought it, i was having trouble with the wifi linking to my internet...it was complicated, but with my husbands help...he got it back online. It took him a good 30 min and help on youtube to set up the wifi. The wifi worked for a good 5 min, but then the wifi button on the bottom right wasnt showing, and we even attempted going to settings and finding it there....there was no success untill after he found a professional on youtube... thankful he was able to set it up...or else i would ha e paid extra for a geek squad member to fix it... all in all, it works good. Internet is now fast....and im able to do my studies from it with no issues....so far... ive only had it for 2 months. Charging life also last a long time.

I bought this computer for my online classes and it's very fast with excelent graphics. I would recomended it.

Love the crisp images with the ryzen 7 and amd radeon graphics and sound is excellent with bang and olufsen. Able to do college work effortlessly on here. Key responsiveness is quick. Enjoy the back light keyboard that I can turn the light on and off. Battery charging is fast. Power button is almost instant.

It's the fastest laptop i have ever had, the touch screen makes It's use simple and the face recognition system makes it more secure

A good laptop for powerful school/work tasks. Not good enough for powerful gaming, but the cpu's integrated graphics can run some decent select games.

This laptop is excellent. I don't use the touchscreen function personally; though I have once or twice, it just isn't really helpful for what I use it for (schoolwork, writing, recording music, light gaming). It's fast, has a good amount of memory, and can handle running the music software I have on it while doing other stuff. All in all, very happy with this purchase and the service I received.

This laptop has been perfect. I use it for everything. I just printed some photos and it was so easy. I turn it on and it starts right up. I love the screen size and the picture is clear no matter what your doing or Evan watching a movie. The keyboard lights up and you can flip the top over if you want to just use the touch screen.
