Trouble with gaming

Recently, I have been running into an issue where playing Valorant is laggy. I did not have this problem when I first got the laptop and I do not know why the game suddenly starts lagging (the game is unplayable now). I've checked my task manager to see if anything was running in the backround and nothing is. Other than that, the laptop works.

We were also given 60 days to watch prices for this computer and if drops in price we can get the new sales price. This is an awesome benefit for being a member of the Geek Squad. Wonderful sales personnel and overall, a very pleasurable experience. Thx
