Q: I see that several of these computers are returned is there a problem and why are so many returned?
A: IF YOU ARE HAVING WIFI PROBLEMS PLEASE LOOK HERE!!! I had a problem with the wifi as well. I had to connect the laptop to my phone's hotspot first to get through the setup process. Then I had to go to device manager - choose my network adapter which is the second one down, starts with Realtek - go to advanced - choose 2.4ghz or 5ghz in the left panel -then go to the value dropdown on the left panel and choose a setting that EXCLUDES "ax". So for me, the default setting was IEEE 802.11b/g/n/ax, and now it's IEEE 802.11b/g/n. I did this for both the 2.4ghz channel and the 5ghz channel. Fixed everything.
