Way better than the previous model. The lower front comes off easily for quick cleaning. Couldn't do that with the old one. Tried it put on some upholstery and that seemed to work pretty decent.( I am not expert on that surface) I have only used it 2x, but hoping it will work better than the old one since it's easier to clean out when I am done with it.

personally this is the absolute best!!! and i mean besttt steam cleaner!! ive had quite a few but this one does the trick QUICK AND THOROUGHLY! also the extra samples of the shampoos for pet urine killers in the carpet is on point!! i ended up buying extra cause it works that good!! i highly recommend this steamer!! it does the job right!!!

This vacuum cleaner is great. I can wash my carpet and furniture and it leaves them very clean. I recommend it.

It don't matter how much you vacuum, carpet clearly gets disgusting. It does a fantastic job cleaning dirt, dog hair (and allergens) from the carpet. Midnight sneeze attacks dropped tremendously after a whole house cleaning.

Cleans carpets well. Drys fast. Overall good cleaner.

In general it is a great product. Very easy to use. Takes away almost everything on the carpet.

This is my fifth one in 10+ years. Honestly it a great vacuum for a year. Buy the protection plan for this. It starts to leak, no spray as well, not suck as well and the last one smoked when I was running it.

Works really well and you can see the dirt coming out. Holds a huge amount of water and the carpet dries really quick. Works amazing with pet hair.

This vacuum is amazing!! Love the upholstered feature. I underestimated it. Cleaning the carpet has never been better and I’ve owned others.

This is the best one I have ever used. It picks up everything and pulls so much dirt and grime out of the carpet. I also love the attachements. There was a lot of hard to reach places my new place and this made it so easy to clean them.

I purchased this along with the carpet cleaner for pet order removal as a gift for my daughter who had a very naughty defiant Cat, need to say her house smells like it is brand new after a good year

Like this machine alot clean well just wish it had a stronger water intake to dry floor quicker but its save you from spots just dont let the spots set for week before cleaning

Love this carpet cleaner so much! Works great! Bought it a second time. The first time I accidentally got the powerful bristles stuck in the wire then had to buy a new one. But I definitely recommend this worth the purchase.

Good Performance clean good and easy to operate!!!

This replaced a 15-year-old carpet cleaner we used to use. It’s 10 times better; it’s amazing the amount of stuff it picks out of the carpets. I did a fair amount of research to pick this one out and I’m glad what I ended up with.

This carpet cleaner really does a great job! Haven't deep cleaned in many years and it really took up the dirt and the few spots. Didn't leave the carpet wet like others I've used. It was damp, but dried quickly. Attachments worked well for furniture also.

Easy to use. Easy to put together. I think clean the carpets a little better .

Works well, have used it roughly a half dozen times thus far. Only downside is that the water/solution compartment is fairly small so it will only run for about 10 min or so at a time before needing to be refilled. Other than that it seems to be an overall good quality addition to my household gadgets.

Great device for cleaning carpets but not as a regular everyday vacume. It should be noted that the device is fairly big and would need a big area to store it. If your in the market for a great carpet cleaner this is the best purchase you can make. But if your looking for a reliable vaccume this is not it.
