Do not buy!

If I could return, Only turns on if you plug in. Water comes out from one side only. Brushes don’t pick up stuff. Compared to previous model from 3 yrs ago it is terrible.

I got scared, but after a while the smell went away. I love this shampooer, but I'm going to give it a few more days to see how it actually is. I've heard so many good reviews about it. So I had to get one for myself. I have a active 17 month old that spills everything. From my coffee to his drinks and snacks.

We were careful to follow the instructions and use the approved cleaner. The water tank leaked as it was being filled after the first use, but giving it the benefit, we proceeded to use it a second time. Now we are out nearly 300 dollars as it is out of the return window.
