Do not buy!

If I could return, Only turns on if you plug in. Water comes out from one side only. Brushes don’t pick up stuff. Compared to previous model from 3 yrs ago it is terrible.

No. Dont.

We were careful to follow the instructions and use the approved cleaner. The water tank leaked as it was being filled after the first use, but giving it the benefit, we proceeded to use it a second time. Now we are out nearly 300 dollars as it is out of the return window.

My carpet, from embarrassment to beautiful

Previous owners knowing theit intention of selling had replaced their older carpet with the cheapest they found. I live alone and decided to get a puppy. In my search I had reached out to various breeders. My mistake was getting one pup and taking another six months later. Ever tried to house train two pups six months apart? Not a good idea. So therefore my cheap carpet showed every mistake. Was embarrassed to have anyone in my home. Thanksgiving was approaching and I was elected to host the meal. I had seen commercials about Bissel cleaners so visited local Best Buy and purchased this one. I had my doubts about everything Bissel promised but gave it a try. I was amazed at how beautifully it worked. I was able to entertain family and friends confidently, knowing I had the cleanest cheap carpet. Would recommend it to anyone,
