My carpet cleaner was a pre-opened box item, even thought I paid full price of a brand new cleaner. When the cleaner was shipped to me, the box was unsealed, only the two cardboard flaps kept the box top shut. The plastic housing over the two front brushes was cracked and damaged. I called Bissell and they replaced the complete unit. I did not call Best Buy for a replacement nor did I return the cleaner to them. On the box flap was printed--DO NOT RETURN TO STORE, CALL BISSELL.

I am not happy about it, it does not clean my carpets properly

I would give 0 if available. Attachment hose feature total junk and does not produce any water.

Had high hopes for this machine. The first time I used it, it seemed to work fairly well, however when I got it out to use the second time, the water tank was leaking profusely. So far there's been no resolution. Complete waste of money.

Not to good, not easy to work with and at times didn't start.

I was not impressed with this model. It gulped the cleaning fluid, didn't clean spots and was loud on the highest levels. I returned it simply because I thought it was defective.

The main reason I bought this was for pet hair. I have a shepherd and I have to say. It is HORRIBLE for pet hair. Definitely going to exchange.

It’s honestly not to bad does a good job cleaning you can see the difference it even tries pulling up deep pet hair however, there’s a few hiccups you gotta work with the hair for instance gotta stop evey now and then to lift the thing to get wet clumps of it out of the way or it’ll just drag them around and stop cleaning no big I expected that much it’s more for cleaning the carpet and stuff not a vacuum, next is the dirty tank gets full fast and has a smaller capacity compared to the clean tank but again not to big of a deal just means overall you’re going to take breaks to empty and pick up pet hair clumps to ensure you get the best clean. It’s easy to clean mostly and would suggest doing so after every use to ensure its in top shape and working best every time especially the dirty tank with soap of course to help with smell and leave it out and open to let it dry out. Lastly warning if you wouldn’t guess but your carpet will be a little wet after use most would suspect because it’s using wet soap solution water to clean but just thought id give the heads up and also just know the heat thing they talk about is you using hot water not the device heating the stuff.

It doesnt help with cleaning pet messes. Makes it worse actually. The smell is horrible.

This Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Plus Carpet Cleaner - silver/purple seems to be a very good product. I purchased it based on the reviews. I have a new puppy in the house that we trying diligently to house train, but accidents happen. I have only used the cleaner once so far, but it did an excellent job cleaning several spots on our area rug. I found the Bissell cleaner easy to operate. So I can say I am happy with my purchase. I would buy this product again.

This is without a doubt one of the best carpet shampooers you can buy. It both cleans extremely well easy to operate and is very durable I would recommend this shampooer to anyone considering buying. This is especially good for those with pets. We tried it on some very nasty cat vomit and it cleaned the stain perfectly and left the stain area order free. It is a supreme product.
