    I have a Dyson Airwrap which I have never had any issues with so was very excited to receive the Airstrait as a gift only for it to not get past the "cleaning" startup due to a faulty power plug. I have looked around and this seems to be an issue so make sure you test it once you receive it.

    I have thick curly hair and this product takes way too long to dry and straighten my hair. And the root of my hair stayed curly. Not good for the price.
