I have fo say I own many Dayson products; from vacuums to Airwrap, flat iron and now this The Dyson Airstrait. Out of all, this is truly the best product that dries and straightens hair at the same time. The flat iron was the worst product Dyson made. Hardly ever used it. This product replaces all other products. For me, no vacuum would replace the Dyson vacuum and I tried many. This new product for hair is high level technology and honestly those plates are not hot like iron and all you feel is warm air against your hair. At first I was skeptical and got limited edition pink. It felt bit heavy, not ergonomic and always worry I would scratch the light color. I returned and wanted again to see if I would be happy with my Airwrap brush and GHD. It took so much time between two products and my hair felt flat somewhat frizzy using regular flat iron. Now I am glad I returned pink limited Edition Airstrait and instead got silver (nicely smooth) Airstrait for $100 less at Best Buy on sale. I love my 12 mo financing option, for all products I buy and pay off early or timely. Now that I have tested this product and compared, it is a keeper. My hair has more volume than using any other product. My hair is weavy and gets somwhar curly, so I don’t alwuas find time to dry it and do all the work but using this Dyson product makes it easier, faster and worth it. I have salon ready straight hair in minutes and bonus is that does not pull your hair, does not burn and does it all at once. I was a skeptic at first. Not anymore. The charger is little heavy like laptop charger and I wish we could use this product anywhere. It is not as ergonomic but your beautiful hair will remain as beautifully done for few days or so. Owning Dyson products for years, not a single one broke down. I hope this is long lasting too. It should be! Now I want to sale their other products I own and I no longer need.
