This Asus zenbook loses battery life quickly and it's the first laptop I see the screen goes black when you plug or unplug the charger. Bought the laptop late December and less than a month later McAfee is saying that the system is poor and has only 46% memory left! Files left on old computer.

I was able to reach out to the manufacturer and send the computer in to them for repair. After that, all seems to be working properly. The main board was switched out.

The Amd processor inside is capable and ready for just about anything you would use a laptop for(excluding heavy gaming) . Great purchase all in all haven’t had any issues as of yet.
