    There was basically no help to set it up, so I had to pay the store (not sure of the amount...$200, $300?) to join a maintenance plan, only, they couldn't get it set up for me, so I had to drive to the Apple Store in Lancaster to have it set up...for free! Since I don't live local to the Best Buy Store, or the Apple Store....that was a lot of driving back and forth for what could have been a simple start to the program.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend

    Very sturdy and powerful computer. I gave only 4 starts because this is my first transition from a Windows based PC to a Mac and let's just say that Apple doesn't make it easy lol. Truly a learning curve here.
