Customer service was slow talked a lot to other workers. Could improve customer service. As for the computer is good computer alittle expensive tho. Always thought they are a little high priced. But good value. Rosedale store was clean but needs shopping carts had 1 when we went both times. Yes I would recommend this best buy to friends and family.

The HP All-in-one IS ... a Winner!

The built-in camera also retracts which is a nice feature. A good computer AT ... a reasonable price!

Still a great buy for Black Friday and doesn't take much room on my small desk.
