I’ve never had an all-in-one, and only considered it after getting an at home side hustle that required me to have an updated Windows pc. I got this because of the specs, the Windows 11, and the large screen. This purchase has not disappointed me. I’m so glad I chose this one over a cheaper model. It’s snappy and functions fabulously. My only complaints are that the keyboard and mouse are cheaply made, but I somewhat expected that, since those items came with the device. However, at least it was ready to use within minutes of setting up, which was super easy. If you are going to use this a lot for work or school, I would suggest upgrading the keyboard and mouse at some point. I got this device on sale, and I absolutely feel like it was worth every penny I spent. Unless you absolutely need the portability of a laptop, I would suggest you consider this all-in-one. (However, you usually can’t upgrade the inside components like a desktop. I was totally fine with this, but something to keep in mind if that matters to you.)

This computer works as expected, which is saying a good deal considering the inherent risk in going refurbished. Best Buy's good reputation, and our previous good experience buying refurbished from them, gave us the confidence to spring for a new office computer that fit a non-profit's narrow budget. Thanks to Best Buy's excellent work and screening, this capable computer will go on to serve for years to come (hopefully). So far, our primary uses for the computer have been word processing and accessing the Internet through a browser for Gmail, Quickbooks, and simple searches. No complaints here--this HP all-in-one desktop unit is running smoothly!

For a long while I've desired this all-in-one desktop computer. I was finally able to purchase it; and it's worth every dime! Although I have not used it in-depth thus far, I've only personalized my settings; which process went cursively because there were on-screen step by step instructions. This computer desktop unit itself is truly an all-in-one component. It alleviates the need for multiple electronic items including the bulky computer unit. It integrates the computer processor, motherboard, monitor, microphone, speakers, storage, webcam and requires only one power cord. For me this desktop was a necessity because it streamlined my office area. I had the computer processor, monitor, (2) speakers, (2) surge protectors, a camera and several power cords and other cords (i.e., keyboard, speakers, mouse and printer cords). Now my office area I created in a corner of my living room looks more clean and less congested. For anyone who uses a desktop computer unit, I highly recommend this All-In-One PC. I'm pretty confident that you will not regret your purchase. I'm adding photos here. I only wish I had taken photos of my old set-up prior to disconnecting it so I could show before and after pictures.
