    Purchased to replace 13 year old HP; Upon initial start-up, it transfered all files & info from old HP. Any files on Word can be accessed, but can only be edited with purchase of Microsoft 365.

    Very definitely a major step up from my old HP with Windows 2010. Nathan a5 the Geek Squad here in Abilene TX made every thing super easy. He installed Office Home and Student for me and insured that I understood with a quick tutorial.

    The computer itself is very compact and easy to setup and use, the only disadvantage in my opinion is the usb ports are on the back of the monitor and a little inconvenient to use

    The size of screen is perfect. Wish the keyboard and mouse came wireless. Also wish it had a better set up/ start up quick guide for those of us who are "electronically challenged",

    This all in one replaces a large box with all the hookup cables that are hard to reach. I really love just three hookups in the back. If you need to replace your old unit, get a all in one. You will like ti.

    Had some trouble with keyboard and mouse connections, both wireless and plugin. Wireless finally working after much computer cord wiggling.

    I am very happy with the new computer, but also the service I received from Best Buy and the Geek Squad guys. They transferred my info from the old computer to the new one, answered all my questions and walked me through the process of learning the new computer. When I went back to the store a few days later with questions they answered those as well.
