It is almost the same as my old HP with some minor/major differences! I thought I bought this one with touch screen, however, I did not! BIG let down! There are some kinks for me, HOWEVER, the GEEK Squad is ALWAYS there to help me AND they do a GREAT job, always!!!

Do not buy

It takes 3-5 minutes to open an application, the pre-installed background apps are memory hogs and 8gb of RAM is not enough to run smoothly. It’s completely unusable.

I used my own wireless keyboard and mouse, the ones supplied were cheap and wired. All in all I’m very happy with my purchase.
