    The machine locked up for the first two weeks? I called the store but could not talk to a human being. AI only on the phone, terrible. HP sent me E- mail and I told them that they could contact me but they didn't?

    I bought this all in one because I wanted a full computer and wanted space still. This device has worked as stated, streams video and I was able to hook up my other monitor and both preform. I do not use the mouse and keyboard as I have wireless and ergonomic that I prefer. This is honestly a great set up for what I need.

    In the end Best Buy and Geek squad came through... !st bought a laptop and printer that did a fine impersonation of a brick... returned it got this HP... tons of problems getting it working... finally after 3rd trip to store and a few hours on the phone they wiped hard drive, reloaded everything and it actually works... at least it has for a couple of weeks... the staff was nice though....

    I wasn't sure how this was going to work out but I have no regrets. I use this as a secondary office computer and it hasn't failed me in any regard yet. Great for documents, watching videos, and doing video conference calls.
