    Everyone at the Geek Squad was terrific, but we are very disappointed in the computer we bought. It freezes up after 5 minutes every time I turn it on.

    I like it alot. I was using a HP 17' touch screen lap top. the 24" screen is very clear. I LIke the mouse operation. The whole system is easy for thi 92 year old man to use.

    I am very happy with my new computer. I'm over 70 years old and not very tech savvy, but I only use it for personal use. I love the big monitor and not having to have a hard drive saves room for other things.
