I have always been a big Apple customer and the price was good on this laptop. The first app I tried to down load said, my laptop was rooted or jail broke. I took to the store and instead of saying I am sorry I got “are you a Best Buy member” I was not the young lady said well if you join it’s $179.00 and it will only cost you $40.00 to remove . I said then let’s return the whole thing I just bought this. She changed her tone. A manager was able to help me and I am happy again. Story is the product is great the customer service still missing.

I live my apple-Mac book air 13. My daughter uses it for her on line schooling and I use it for work. It has definitely made life a lot easier. Would recommend this for anyone.

This is a compact laptop that just gets the work done, i've been using it for ios app development and it works great, the only downside is the 256GB SSD, more space would be great.
