    As a first-time Mac user coming from a Surface Laptop, the transition takes some adjustment. That said, everything I typically do on Windows, I can do here too. There are a few annoyances — like the delete key acting as backspace, lack of touchscreen and Face ID, and a keyboard layout that takes getting used to. The finish is also a fingerprint magnet. Still, none of these are dealbreakers. Overall, it’s a solid machine with a smooth experience once you adapt.

    I initially ordered the MacBook Air online, but unfortunately, the first package never arrived. Thankfully, Best Buy’s customer service was quick to respond and issued a refund without any hassle. I placed a second order and chose store pickup this time — it was smooth, quick, and everything went perfectly. The MacBook Air itself is amazing — sleek, fast, and exactly what I needed.     This is my second MacBook laptop, the previous one lasted me more than 10 years! I absolutely love it, it has made nursing school so much easier to navigate having everything I need at my fingertips. The visuals & sound are perfect for movies, or even educational videos. MacBook features are easy to navigate & work with. Definitely recommend to those in school! I loved it so much I bought my sister one too.
