I ordered a computer, and they delivered it to the wrong location. Now, they can’t even figure out where they sent it. To make matters worse, they still expect me to keep paying for it as if nothing happened, and they refuse to take responsibility. This is absolutely unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful. I want others to be aware of how poorly this was handled.

It’s super lightweight and easy to carry around, which is perfect since I’m always on the go. The performance is crazy fast—apps open instantly, and everything runs really smoothly, even with a bunch of tabs and programs open. Battery life has been great so far too—I can go a whole day without needing to charge. Honestly, it’s been a great upgrade and totally worth it.
