    A staff member in the computer department greeted us immediately and offered assistance. She was very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision about a laptop for my college freshman daughter. There was no pressure to buy and she answered all our questions while providing good suggestions for us to consider. The whole process took less than 45 minutes and we are very satisfied with our purchase
