If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be making accessory recommendations (like AppleCare or adapters) a bit more streamlined during checkout instead of scattered across different screens. Overall, ordering through the Best Buy app was convenient, efficient, and reliable. I would definitely use it again for future tech purchases. I bought the MacBook Air 13 for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it! From the moment she opened the box, she was impressed by how sleek and lightweight it is. It’s incredibly fast, the battery lasts all day, and it handles everything she needs for school, creativity, and fun without any issues. The screen is beautiful, the keyboard feels great, and it’s so easy for her to use. Seeing how happy and excited she is with this laptop makes it worth every penny. This replaced an older MacBook. It is MUCH faster, the screen is better, and we really like the extra plug. It is so easy to use and we had very little difficulty transferring everything from the old MacBook. That said, we will probably never buy from BestBuy again. When I called to see if BB had one in stock, I was told that they had one and would transfer all of our data and apps because we were buying from BB. The representative made it clear that the transfer would be without charge. When we got to the store, we were told that there was a $100 charge for the transfer. I asked to speak to a manager who confirmed the charge. When I told them the representative on the phoniness had told me there was no charge at the point of purchase, the manager made it clear to me that he could care less about my having to pay. I could have (and should have) cancelled the transaction and gone to the Apple Store where I know they would not charge for the transfer but I was not feeling well, so I just completed the deal and left. I have received emails about credits (small) as a BB customer since this purchase, but I am unlikely to ever buy from BB again. The law calls this bait and switch and I will tell this experience to everyone who might be considering a BB purchase.

The Macbook Air is a great laptop for college age students. Super light, fast and easily connects with all our other Apple devices! Setup was very intuitive and easy.

Got this for our daughter as a Christmas/Birthday gift since her birthday is shortly after Christmas. She plans on going to college so we wanted to get her a good laptop. She has all apple products so it made sense to get her an apple laptop. She loves it and was so excited to get it. Runs smooth and fast, the screen resolution is crisp and nice and bright. Wish we could've gotten her the bigger screen size but she seems fine with it. It was easy to link her phone and air pods to it. There's still so much more to explore on it, since she just got it a few days ago.

Great laptop! I had a previous MacBook Air for 10 years and it was not updating anymore and decided on this one and love the new features and the Midnight color. It is faster and the battery lasts longer. The display is so crisp and the video is so much clearer than my last MacBook Air. Highly recommend.

i recently bought the m4 air, and i have to say, its small size and efficient battery life make it the perfect machine for on the go work. the m4 chip is fast, and as long as you dont have anything to heavy to do, the chip stays nice and cool and fast. great stuff

Small size with much larger capabilities. The battery life is exceptional and was seamless to setup and get started. Loved the price drop, a lot of bang for your buck.

As a user of the M1 Air to the M4, I can say that this laptop has improved greatly, from the display to storage. The Airs are always perfect for people who don't do a lot of heavy-duty stuff, and even then, this laptop handles modded Minecraft and Sims 4 without any trouble. The color is gorgeous, and despite what others have said, I haven't had any problems with scratches, and fingerprint marks aren't apparent if you're not looking for them.
