Uses efficient amount of soap and one fill lasts over 30 washes. Really rings out the water, so much so it only took half the amount of time to fry my comforter than my previous washer.

It is easy to use and the clothes are clean in a reasonable time. When the dryer is stacked on top, it is easy to get the clothes in and of the dryer. We love it!

Worse, the washer sometimes skips the final spin entirely, leaving soaking laundry and forcing a repeat Drain & Spin. Build quality feels cheap for the price. I regret this purchase.

Regarding the incomplete cycle there is some helpful information in the manual on page 32 under "Incomplete cycle or timer not advancing" for you to try to resolve this issue.
