Called many times to resolve. Told they would come to fix and never showed, cancelling the appointment 5 minutes before anticipated arrival. Called back and told it would be another week. Having a washing machine that never worked and having zero support is terrible. Also dented the dryer when installing.

Not sure if it is a defective machine, Geek Squad coming out tomorrow to look at it. I may exchange it, we'll see. If i do i may go with the lg, and get the stackable dryer. Clicks, water flowing, gear sounds followed by pauses, and electric hum sounds are all part of the normal wash cycle. If you believe the noise is abnormal, we recommend you review the section titled: "Loud or unusual noise; vibration or shaking" on pg. 32 of the Owner's Manual. The dryer was delivered separately on December 19. However, the dryer arrived with a broken door that is unable to close. The delivery drivers contacted Best Buy and a new door or new machine has been ordered. It has been over a week and I haven't heard back from Best Buy when I will receive a working dryer. I am NOT happy.

The only downside is when you turn it on it always says low tank. When the water fills up it is very noisy.

6 months and garbage

Very loud, leaking under the machine causing flooring to warp. This is the second machine. First one was damaged upon arrival.
