My laptop stopped working after two months. It had to be sent back to HP for up to 8 weeks - not a great experience...

Less than a year after purchase the entire keyboard stopped working. Too expensive to even bother fixing. Complete waste of money!

Terrible service, Contacted them multiple times about them messing up the delivery and they are still not accepting it! There is proof in the delivery picture that they sent it to the wrong address and yet I am still out of $600! Their service is awful and call centers are helpless. Never getting something delivered from here again.

It has very poor performance, not sure if it is defective. It hangs on basic tasks being an Ultra 5 processor, definitely seems to be an issue. I updated all drivers but the issues persist. I am going to take it to service centre under warranty but did not expect that to happen for a new device

Terrible laptop. Two days in and it was already hanging. I was just too lazy to return it so I continued using it. I intend to sell it eventually or give it out to someone and buy a better laptop.

It bad made my little grandson just dropped it and they won’t fix it because I didn’t buy extra #Warranty and saying it’s 936 to fix and I only paid 650 for it so I’m out my money ya ya

The computer doesn,t work. I got to come in so Geek to fix it. I had Team meeting the sound doesnt work

Nothing but problems since I bought it! I will be returning next Saturday to purchase something different! Was able to use it once since I bought it on July4th.

Don’t buy any open box excellent. It is terrible scratches. I didn’t try the laptop out cos I knew I was keeping it.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Bought two different units and both had dead pixels. Had to finally buy a dell and happy with it.

Value for the money I got it for $499 and i think this is a decent laptop. I may not work for video editing but works fine for basic things.

I bought this computer for my daughter for her high school graduation present. She loves it. It was a major upgrade from the one I got her in middle school. I liked this one because of its speed and size. HP makes a great laptop and I feel confident she will get many years out of this computer and be vital in her college career.

Great laptop. Lots of extras. Love the flexibility of being able to see the screen only by folding it in half. Great features very pleased with the product.

So far this has been a great purchase. Exceeds expectations.

Totally happy with my new laptop. Wasn’t sure I was going to be able to adapt from old desk top but the transition was relatively seamless for an older person like me.

I bought this for my granddaughter. She is delighted and is already using it for school assignments, etc.
