    Unfortunately, my old computer was outdated and had Windows 10 and would no longer be able to contact for tech support. I'm glad I purchased this one. I have been on it since last night.

    I love my new Dell computer. I was a bit apprehensive about Windows 11 but I like it better than Windows 10. The sales people at Best Buy really helped me to buy the right PC.

    I have used Dell for many years without any problems and like their products. Main issue was with Best Buy not moving all the programs and other items from old computer to new one...

    Its still very new, but I have had to restart it 3 times now after turning it on. Not sure why but Im having doubts its the right choice afterall.

    Maybe a better way to handle wait time for transferring an updating computer. Salesperson could let you know you will have to schedule a day to come back.

    I liked the computer until the 3rd day I used it. It crashed and required a total system reboot. Then I had to start over and go through the setup process again. It has worked fine since then, but I'm very nervous about it.
