Q: Does it have a CD/DVD drive?
A: It does have a drive. I bought this unit this week as a must have instantly needed replacement. However the drive must be the most cheaply made drive I’ve ever seen and it gets stuck closed very easily.
Q: Can 2 monitors be hooked up via HDMI?
A: You would need to either use a docking station or have one of the monitors go into the DisplayPort.
Q: The graphic card needs more info. Like UHD720 to UHD770 would be great deal for me.
A: Intel® UHD Graphics 770 with shared graphics memory
Q: how to move files from old desktop to new pc?? Can the Greeks do that for me?
A: Yes, they can. They did mine.
A: Most "off the rack" big box store offerings are for the basics. This unit (like most others of this type) share the processor for video functions which is a trade off. Depending on what else you have running and your ISP signal for online streaming, the processor may be trying to keep up and may stutter. I always "insist" on going with a dedicated video card in my comps. Let the video card process the video and the processor handle the other stuff. The i7 is a fine multi-tasker but a simple <$100 8GB video card (or better) takes the processor burden away. And there's room in this box to do that. 1080p is lightweight but 4K video takes up a lot of bandwidth!
A: Sure. Replace the USB connected wired equipment with the USB dongle for the wireless equipment. The machine won't care.
Q: Do I have to buy speakers to hear anything?
A: The unit will require external speakers
Q: can i use gmail or must go to outlook
A: You can use any Windows based email service such as gmail or outlook
