Great Washer/Dryer

Quality product, automatically drains the water by the door so no more leaving it open to avoid mold and it's a nice color.

We literally worked the last one until it couldn’t be repaired again. It is very durable and gets the clothes very clean.

Even after running it through 5–6 full cycles, the clothes are still damp and unwearable. It does not matter which setting or cycle is used—the result is always the same. Essentially saying the dryer is useless. For a brand-new appliance, this is unacceptable.

This review was posted on a washer, but for your dryer we suggest checking the Clothes Take Too Long to Dry troubleshooting section in the Owner’s Manual, which provides helpful steps to improve drying performance. Worse, the washer sometimes skips the final spin entirely, leaving soaking laundry and forcing a repeat Drain & Spin. Build quality feels cheap for the price. I regret this purchase.

Regarding the incomplete cycle there is some helpful information in the manual on page 32 under "Incomplete cycle or timer not advancing" for you to try to resolve this issue.
