We had so many issues that we wanted to be done with it. They showed up and made the quick decision they couldn’t install. They took my fridge, washer, and Dryer with them and left. They scheduled another appointment and then canceled. Horrible experience

DO NOT use the third party service for the propane conversion! MN Pluming. They left me with a propane leak for 8 hours in my house, did not even check for leaks. Had to hire my own company and Best Buy customer service the first person on 1/27 didn’t even escalate my complaint to get a refund for the service called again a week later got it escalated (supposivly). Called again a week later and no claim was in there. Since the order was closed out they couldn’t do a refund and offered me a 100 dollar gift card for the third party’s service lol!! It costed 300 and another 300 for my own person. Still working on Best Buy to get reimbursed.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a previous model that wasn't too bad, only breaking once on a rental property, and it was the drain pump, which is a common problem with these machines: the newer model, crap. The motherboard went bad, then the drainage pump, and after I changed both... the motor started cranking and went bad as well. I wanted to stay with this brand, but sadly, I can't recommend it anymore. Actually, at least with these washers stay away from them. The machine lasted me one year and a half.
