Salesman set up a notification in case price dropped for a refund of difference. But when it did and I requested it they denied saying I already got the discount? Delivery was messed up and machine did not work and had to send another new one. The second finally worked. Very disappointing experience we feel like we were taken by Best Buy! I recommend the machine but strongly encourage you buying elsewhere from a reputable dealer!

I found that the wiring harness on the bottom was banging the bottom of the washer's metal case as thought he wiring harness was too long or poorly designed / manufactured. Unfortunately most appliances seemed poorly manufactured these days, and I'd give GE an "ok" rating, but fully expect them to fail much sooner the the 19 years our last set lasted.

The Ice maker not longer making ice or so little. I do not recomended to buy this brand. By the way i thinking to see if i can get my money back.

GE customer service is terrible, have tried multiple times to contact a customer service representative. Every time it seems as though someone picks up the phone and sets it down while I can hear them doing something in the background they never respond or acknowledge the call.
