The size and weight of the computer is perfect for me. Programs load quickly. The high-def screen is great for viewing pictures and editing. The touchscreen and backlit keyboard are an added bonus. I am disappointed with the battery life because I expect the charge to last more than 2 1/2 to 3 hours. However, I will recommend this laptop to others.

Arrived on time in excellent shape. All specs and conditions are as if brand new. Joy Systems did a great refurbishment. Would recommend to a friend. Critique: The included apple TV subscription from Best Buy doesn't work well. It's some kind of limited subscription that still makes me pay to watch things.

The laptop generally does not perform as I expected. I don't know whether because it was refurbished. I was given the same type at work. This was durable with excellent performance and battery drains within the hour. This informed me to get a personal one but I am almost regretting it.

I purchased the Dell Latitude 7240 as a replacement for my older Dell Latitude E6440. I was so pleased with the performance of the older model and since using the newer Latitude 7240, I am convinced I made the right decision. Absolutely love the performance of the Dell Latitude 7240.
