Perfect Laptop
The size and weight of the computer is perfect for me. Programs load quickly. The high-def screen is great for viewing pictures and editing. The touchscreen and backlit keyboard are an added bonus. I am disappointed with the battery life because I expect the charge to last more than 2 1/2 to 3 hours. However, I will recommend this laptop to others.

great laptop.
Arrived on time in excellent shape. All specs and conditions are as if brand new. Joy Systems did a great refurbishment. Would recommend to a friend. Critique: The included apple TV subscription from Best Buy doesn't work well. It's some kind of limited subscription that still makes me pay to watch things.
