Not like what i expected but not bad its clean floor good but carpet not really

I don't recommend this model at all, I puchased this unit on Dec 2024 and set it up on Jan 2025, after setting it up, it was working great until 2 months after, the refilling tube broke and the base was unable to fill the robot to mop the floors, I called shark customer service and they send me a new base, jump 2 more months the new base broke too, call shark again they replace it again, 2 months later broke again, call shark and they decide to replace everything and had me send the old unit, now I have a new unit but I'm pretty sure it will break too. Another thing I didn't like is that it doesn't get close to the walls and leaves like an inch without cleaning.

Love the smart features and the ability to climb over ledges.

Unfortunately, no longer a good product. When I first purchased the product over a year ago, it worked decently well and I was satisfied with it. It had a couple malfunctions, but shark quickly fix them and replace the parts. However, these parts were extremely defective and almost immediately start breaking on each one. In total, they sent me four replacement units with the base. The last of which had a motor error right out of the box and would not start. I returned it and purchased a Roomba instead. Best decision I ever made. Also, the user features and automations that Roomba uses are very noticeably better.

Did not feel the wet mop did a good job. My previous Roomba did a better job on my rugs

This item is amazing. I am able to schedule a clean up day for the shark to vacuum and mop our house.

Works excellent,detects were to mop and vacuum back to back without getting rug wet .Absolutely love it.

As it gets older, it forgets it’s pattern and doesn’t always go everywhere. It should be. It seems to only smear most anything that’s on the floor.

I purchased this item because of the supposedly hands free cleaning. I was very dissatisfied however. It did not do a good job following its own mapping. It was moppinh my carpeted living room, going around in circles and cleaning a small space instead of what I selected. Then after all that could not return to dock after cleaning. It costs way too much for this. I purchased a cheap off brand prior that performed basics better in my opinion.

Works great as expected. Gives me less back talk then my kids when I ask it to clean.

Honestly it’s nice not having to refill or empty anything out but it misses spots and dirt and for the money not worth it
