WORKS GREAT. LIGHT ENOUGH THAT I DO NOT NEED TO REMOVE THE LIFT-AWAY VACUUM TO REACH OVER HEAD OR TO DO THE STAIRS. I JUST PICK UP BY THE TOP HANDLES. HAD TO READ THE EMPTYING INSTRUCTIONS MORE THAN ONCE BUT FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT. I LOVE IT.

This vacuum is so good for the price, I actually bought two!

I am very unskilled at assembling things, but was able to put this cleaner together with no difficulties. The parts fit together very well, and snapped together with very little effort. After the assembly, I plugged it in. It worked. Also, it is very easy to empty the dirt container.

On first testing, the NV360 works well, is quite maneuverable at 14 pounds. To reduce weight, the unit is a bit "plasticky" and early breakage of latches etc. might be an issue in the future, but normal careful usage should not break anything. My unit (Nov. 2020) did NOT come with the "air driven pet brush" even though it is in the instruction manual, nor the "appliance wand" that is pictured in the online manual for the NV360 and NV361. Realize, further, that the brush roller (and belt, if any) are NOT user-replaceable. Customer service told me that the entire motorized floor nozzle (!) would have to be replaced (apparently $95.95 through their website https://www.sharkclean.com/parts/0/all/1143/premium-pet-power-brush/?modelNumber=NV360 ). Smaller items (e.g., filters) are more reasonably priced.

The "self-propelled" in the name is a bit misleading, but the beater brush is so powerful and the vacuum so light that it does pull it forward when cleaning carpets. I am pleased at the cleaning power and only slightly disappointed in the capacity of the canister, which is quite small. Overall, a good vacuum for the price and now I will have to use it a while longer to see how it holds up with regular use.

The vacuum has a smaller head to allow it to concentrate its suction power. It means more back and forth movement, but a better pick-up. Vacuum is extremely light and maneuverable. Seems to hold more dirt than my old Dyson Ball , but the Dyson was faithful for 12 HARD years.

I was searching for a good vacuum but didn't want to spend a lot of money for that,when I found it on sale at best buy I bought it and am very pleased with the performance of this vacuum. It's a bit heavy but uts worth the price.

This vacuum is one of the oldest vacuum best buy sells but definitely one of the best for under 200 bucks. It's cleans very well on carpet and just sucks up dirt stuck in the carpet as it should. Very happy with this purchase.

Works great - not too heavy. Easy to move around.

I didn't realize how poorly my old vacuum worked until I broke this baby in! My carpets look great, and I love how the canister lifts off making vacuuming my staircase so much easier. Not to mention how simple it is to reach cobwebs in corners or baseboards while vacuuming!
